Hi there, I’m Leslie Pankowski, and I am excited to learn more about your work!

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked for and with education non-profits, local government agencies, grassroots community organizations, small businesses, global advertising agencies, and the largest school district in the U.S.

I bring a people-centered approach to developing the processes, plans, strategies, and communications my clients need.

Together we’ve produced strategic communications to support employees, engage stakeholders, and serve students, parents, and families.

I opened The Comms Office in 2022 to address a growing need. Organizations with gaps in their capacity or skills of their employees. That’s where I come in, assessing your needs, offering resources and solutions, or working along side you to plan for the future.
